‍➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk.

➤ Guests will have to comply with checkin and parking instructions provided at the reception as per building management rules➤Also, please remember to return the access cards and Beach Reconnect cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.
